I was stationed in Brussels BE in the late 90's. The Armed Forces Television Network aired a "Hard Rock Cafe, Women of Rock" program one night that included this performance by Lisa. I drove to the NATO military base the next day and bought my first ever CDs. Natalie Merchant, Kate Bush, and others that were on the show. I bought two of Lisa's cds because she looked so dam cute. Her tunes were catchy too. We just got French and Dutch music over the radio and that just didn't hack it as I was driving around the Belgium countryside.

Before there were Avril Lavigne, Michelle Branch, Vanessa Carlton as female pop rockers in the 2000s, there were Lisa Loeb, Alanis Morissette Natalie Imbruglia, Meredith Brooks and Liz Phair in the 90s. Such a shame that we cannot find female pop rockers with this musical style in the 2010s in the mainstream music. I feel so nostalgic now.
