I'm pretty sure it's an actual medical diagnosis. A girl I knew, her son and sister perished on a winter rode sliding into some body of water, all drowned. Obviously a devastating thing to go through but she said at some point she started becoming very short of breath, heart racing.... similar to a panic attack but they diagnosed her with a broken heart

I think in part because of how everything played out and because I'd just lost my husband a few months pryorI agree with you. I believe Austin was born for this roll because God wanted his child's, Elvis', story told respectfully and true to clear his legacy from all past evil lies from books, interviews that were done for the money. and other films. This family has gone through tragedy after tragedy and real life situations with the world watching. I think all the judges out there should try it. Put your life and skeletons on display. Wonder how they all would handle it Losing? Losing a child changes you inside forever.. Same with loosing a daughter no matter how many times you and she argued or disagreed. As a grieving mom to my only 17 year son with 3 surviving daughters. I think Lisa Marie felt a piece of her father when she was in Austin’s presence. I also believe she felt a small piece of her beloved Benjamin being with him. You can tell there was no other place Lisa Marie wanted to be. This night will always give me comfort in her memory. I don’t know how it could have gone down any other way. It’s just the sequence of events are pretty amazing. 💝

@Denise Marie Well, I suspect we' ll never know the true real deep feelings & friendship w/Austin that LISA MARIE felt. My thoughts are, it was probably a bit complex. There may be more than one "angle" on what she felt. Even though Austin played her dad, she only spent her first 9 yrs w/her dad, yes indeed, but that was way back in 1977, when she last saw him. But now Austin has just recently turned 31, but Elvis was 42 when she last saw him. Now of course we know Lisa Marie suffered the loss of more than her dad. She lost her only son in July 2020, correct? She lost her dad in August 1977. Now look @ Austin' s age/Ben' s age. Austin is only 1 yr older than Ben was when he passed. So I would tend to believe the connection she saw in Austin, would be closer to the loss of her "SON", BEN and the comfort she felt around him. Filling that more recent void. Rather than relating to Austin as a memory of her dad. But on stage Austin played her dad. That may be why it took her 5 days to get adjusted to seeing Austin speaking, singing, moving, dancing & looking like her dad. I remember Priscilla sharing that Lisa Marie cried through the entire movie the 1st time she saw it! And took 5 days to process it & Lisa Marie RESHARED that in her short interview @ the Golden Globes. Her thoughts were probably quite complex , not easy for us to relate to what she may have thought when she was around him. Austin loss his mom @ same age as Elvis lost his mom. Lisa Marie was 23 yrs older than Austin. That' s a whole generation. She was old enough to be his mother. For him,---he perhaps can be reminded of his "MOM" he lost and miss' es . Lisa may have been a real comfort for him/it would seem more like having his "MOM" back. Where Austin could have felt to Lisa Marie like having her "SON", BEN back. They could have both provided a nurturing healing for each other!! Just a thought!

Is her name written in the book of Life? I hope so, because nobody, absolutely nobody gets into heaven without doing that. I think many people, wrongly, believe that you get to heaven just because God loves us. But that’s clearly not true, God is also holy, sin cannot be in heaven. That’s why he sent us his son Jesus , through Jesus is the only way to heaven. He’s told us this pretty firmly and pretty clearly in his Word, the Bible. Pretty sobering. My husband died at 35, he loved the Lord, served and followed him. I KNOW 100% he’s in heaven and I’ll be with him again. PTL

I’m just so heartbroken. I can’t believe it. I lost my 9 year old little boy Oliver on the 2/10/20 to leukaemia. I know the pain she suffered. I have been a life long fan of Elvis thanks to my mum and so are all my kids. Especially my little boy Oliver who was born partially deaf and music was everything to him. Im beyond grateful I took them to the o2 in London to see all of Elvis clothes/Artifacts when they were displayed there. I’m just lost for words.
