The stone cold rock matches sold out arenas and sold more ppvs than anything HHH did with any opponent. He may have more title runs and longer reigns as champion but he's not up there with those 2 guys. Hell, he's not on the level with Foley or taker even during the attitude era.

As Bret Hart once put it, "Triple H was never the top guy, he was the guy that worked with the top guys." And there's a lot of truth to that. More often than not, Helmsley was a heel during the early days of his main event run and was usually positioned as the heel champion so he could drop it to Rock, Austin, or Angle for a big payoff match. There's still huge value in a guy like that, you have to have effective heels for the babyfaces to chase after and Hunter, if not anything, was always a good heel draw back then.

I've never heard Lisa really talk before today. GLOW was on during the tail end of ol' BudRo's drinking days and although it was absolutely awful it was worth the torture of watching just for Tina Ferrari. Lisa sounds refreshingly fun...like someone who can actually hold a conversation w/o needing to make it all about her every 10 minutes. Someone said she is 54. I've always had a thing for Italian girls with long straight brunette hair parted in the middle so I hope that doesn't make me biased in opining she looks terrific. So good its hard to believe she was actually enrolled in school when I graduated in the early 70s. I know first hand how hard it is once AARP starts sending regular junk mail to maintain H/W/P when gravity puts out never ending challenges for superiority on who is the better exterior decorator when it comes to rearranging physical amenities. I always liked Ivory. And she comes across very well here too. Unlike many bitter ex-wrestlers. She's absolutely right about Triple-H too being boring. Compared to the top guys of the Attitude Era, Triple-H was as boring as watching paint dry. However I'm not totally down on him. I like how he's a bad-ass. He's tough looking. He was perfect for HBK's sidekick/bodyguard in DX. And he's way better than the garbage wimpy guys they have now. But Ivory is correct that Triple-H was given too much of a push. Just not enough charisma. Or wrestling talent.
