Did you have your operation in Birmingham? With mr super? I had mine done in April nearly 5 months in and 5 stone down!! I agree liquid only is so hard!! Well done xx

I'm having mine done at Heartlands did you? Can you tell me your pre opp diet? I'm doing shakes at moment myself & feel very tired. I think I have to do a month. I just don't want to feel ill. I'm so pleased for you. I can see the difference..
