If you watch to the end of the video you'll see that the designs have to be GROUPED and then saved out as JPEGs and then reimported into word to be able to resize without any distortion :)) The advantage is once they're saved as JPEGs you can use the logos for any application or web design :))

It's the same with my Word 2007, but if you save the document as a web page it makes a folder where it saves all the elements as separate files. I'm far from having a clue what I'm doing, but hopefully that'll work!
