I eat it somewhat myself, but not particularly strict at all, eat bread every morning and potatoes some days (so I guess it can't really be called "keto", but I mainly avoid sugar..) Haven't noticed any on myself though, but are rigorous in getting greens of all kinds and the vitamins. About Carnivore, I don't know if it's common, but eggs do contain a lot of vitamins, only meat though, probably wont cover the vitamin needed, especially long term and when in menopause.

We noticed a cardinal that stuck really close to our house when we moved in 3 years ago and he sleeps on the cable wire under our covered porch and he WAVED at me the other day LOL. I was on the phone with my daughter and I saw him on the fence watching me for food probably bc we feed him scraps and I waved and said Hey Chonky! Thats what I named him and he waved. I was stunned so I waved again and so did he! I thought oh he's just shaking his wings so I told my daughter and she started laughing but I waved again a few minutes later and he did it again! Lisa your lizard story jogged my memory. Years ago, my cat tried to bring me a lizard on my birthday. During my party, I saw her running with a lizard in her mouth toward the open screened door. I got to the door just in time to close it before she brought it inside. I can image if she got in, she would of drop that lizard in the middle to the party and the ladies would of been screaming and running. LOL!

I love the cashmere wrap as well! I have the cream, but I would really like to get the dark gray because I don’t wear too much black, but it would be nice to have a darker option. A great gift!!! lol as a Midwest girl I appreciated that lizard story Green is my favorite color so I am loving this!

Hi Lisa, I love (almost) everything you do.😂 Lol...I don't care for the brown lip liner. So sorry. I have two of the thin cashmere wraps, like yours, that I purchased at Neiman Marcus years ago. They are perfect for using on the plane to keep your shoulders or neck warm. I used the beige one in Venice when I woke up freezing from the cool Canal Breeze coming through the window. I wrapped it around my body under the sheet. 🥶 I purchased another this summer in the coral color. My beige one has a few snags from my dog's nails, but I'm not ready to toss it yet. It's time to break out the red one that looks brand new. They truly are so handy and good for so many things.😘❤

I know you are in the process of creating some new makeup products. There is an eyebrow pencil that I would love for you to find and test it out to maybe remake it. It’s Avon blonde blonde. The texture and color are perfect for blonde girls. It goes on easily and smoothly. I have tried many including Refy and Victoria Beckham. Avon doesn’t make it anymore I was told. I love that Ciao rugby shirt--that is a pretty emerald green--one of my favorite colors. Coach has some really beautiful bags--i have my eye on a few! I love their tote bags, satchels and crossbody bags are always my go-to. Yes, lizards/geckos/anoles are very territorial--there is one I always see where I sit by the pool--he always comes out to say "hey" to me! 🦎 😆
