My husband Bruce was like yours. He was good with people and always got good service. I miss him. He passed away 4 years ago. I have always loved fashion. I've had a mix of high end and low end and wore both. More low end now but just as enjoyable to wear. Especially anything now in bright green, pink, tomato red, or yellow.

Remember I once told you I married my "John" 😂 .... well a couple of years ago I went on a trip to Europe with my friends and guess what? I missed my first flight! I called my husband and I remember I was so afraid he would be mad but he calmly booked another flight in under 10 mnts. I asked him to marry me although we were already married. 😂 He not even once complained about it. ❤

I live about 45 minutes north of Aventura depending on traffic and it’s the best mall - such good people watching and hustle bustle. Glad you enjoyed your trip to S FL! A lot of the our lizards are not native here. They’re invasive and are a recent addition.

I live in Texas but I'm from Florida. My sister lives in Hollywood so always fly into Ft. Lauderdale. Every time you mentioned Aventura Mall it brought back so many memories of my parents because they lived in the Aventura Area and we always went shopping in the mall especially during Christmas...In the 80's my mom was a bookkeeper for Georgette Klinger which was very upscale for facials and more in the Bal Harbour shops. Loved hearing all the beautiful things you bought and glad you had a wonderful time.

Wow, you had quite the adventure, Lisa! I think that was an Iguana you saw, or a very large Anole (very common in South Florida). The Aventura Mall is really nice and the Bal Harbor Shops is really beautiful--I got to go there once. I love that Chanel bag--it's so chic! All of your outfits were so pretty. I had that happen to me a couple of times on a plane, when the pilot had to make a sharp turn--it can rattle your nerves, for sure. That was sweet how John had roses for you. I shop by myself so often but it’s so much fun to have two like minded friends who enjoy the same things ! Aventura Mall is amazing! Bal Harbor is also a good one been many times and it’s extra when you’re in “your” season too all the pretty pinks! You had a fabulous spree! Wow so many great pieces!! And, as an aside, (and ignore me because we all handle our stuff the way we want) my husband is a CPA and a financial wizard and he recommends to never use your debit card for purchases.
