Hi Mel - In your intro ( around 8 seconds into your Intro ) you show an Etsy page. On it are products being sold. I just wanted to known, next to the stars under the item for sale we see a number in brackets (1708) as an example. (Eg) On the top left hand corner as you start your intro we can see - Positano ITALY AMALFI COAST COLORFUL CITY HOUSE, 5 starts *****, THEN THE NUMBER IN BRACKETS ( 1708 ). Question - what does this number mean?

Good question! The number inside the brackets is the total number of reviews that seller has received from people who purchased something from their shop. A higher number in the bracket suggests that the shop is very popular and well established, and a low number might indicate to a potential buyer that the shop is newer or hasn't made very many sales yet. Hope that answers your question :)

At the moment it's not an option that Etsy makes easy or obvious how to do, unfortunately. But you can set it up yourself by customizing the variations feature. Here's how I do it: 1. When you're creating the listing click on "Add variations" in the "Variations" section. 2. It will ask you to choose a type but just go to the bottom option and click "Create a new variation". 3. Name it something like "Select an option" or whatever you want it to say above your drop-down menu. 4. Be sure to select the box on the left that says "prices vary" (and also "quantities vary" if they do). 5. Name your options. This is where you can add multiple options for buying an item on its own and for buying certain items together. 6. Save and continue, then set the prices and quantity for each option. 7. Add photos to each option. 8. Preview your listing to make sure everything looks the way you want it to look. Hope that helps! :)

I've been having that same issue, it must be a glitch on Etsy right now. Hopefully they fix it soon.
