It's NOT targetting. neither have I said whether they are doing it right or NOT. It's about facts. Also , have said this in previous videos , that work pressure if it contributes to your learning is NOT bad at all. There are companies/teams which gives you great wlb but NO learning. So it is a very subjective choice one has to make , based on where they stand in their career.

And it is not difficult to switch from hft to prod based, in hft people work on highly efficient and optimised system thus u can easily get a job in any prod based comp
