Hello Kseniya! Another great video! Since Form G-1450 is specifically for Credit Card Authorization, does USCIS accept Debit Card as a payment method?

They do. You just have to make sure your bank allows transactions of this amount to go through and doesn’t flag them as fraud

Thank you for uploading another wonderful and informative video. However, I must correct one statement that you made. The I-864 is a contract between the petitioner and the government and not the petitioner and the immigrant as you stated. It is a binding contract holding the petitioner financially responsible for the immigrant, so that the government won't be financially burdened.

I don’t have a concrete answer to this but petitioner’s account can be used for I-130. You may be able to add the rest of the paper forms to the same account if they let you but they may ask you to create a new one.

Yes you should receive a USCIS account number in your receipt notice once you file your I-130. You can also reference your receipt number in the I-485 application where they ask

Hello, I am filling forms I-130 and form I-485 concurrently do I have to send two separate copies of my BC and IDs etc. will one copy for both forms work? A lot of the evidence that’s required for I-130 is required for I-485. Do I need to send two separate copies of each?

Thankyou so much for the information. I will say this video is one of the best as it covers each and every aspect of this topic. However there is one part that was probably missed unless I understood wrong. What happens if after concurrent filing, my I130 is not approved yet and my 6 months are over. Do I have to go back as 6 months is the max one can stay under visitor visa .

For as long as you have an application pending at USCIS u can remain in the U.S even tho it goes past ur 6 months. You must stay until you receive a response from them.

Is your work permit from a different type of visa? You can get a new one for new category, it’s free anyway. But you can also always apply for 765 for free while your green card application is pending and your current one expires
