Inner Fire Priest is actually pretty good. It can get some powerful starts and is really hard to uproot once there. Not sure about getting it to Legend cause you can get highrolled by some faster aggro decks but it's been doing well for me at around rank 3D and at Legend. The game stops for a second whenever you resurrect C'thun (or add one directly to hand, with cards like Raise Dead) in order to apply your global C'thun buffs to it. It also interferes with the Mass Resurrection animation, which normally summons everything simultaneously, instead of one-by-one.

Depends what you mean. If you want to REACH legend or climb to the top of legend, probably not. However, due to how Legend works, if you are currently in Legend you can play it and win, as the game will drop your MMR down and match you with non-legend players if you lose enough games.
