The air transport of pregnant women from Idaho hospitals to other states' hospitals every other week means Idaho law went too far in not protecting the mother's health. One example is not allowing for abortion of an ectopic pregnancy. Anyone who knows anything knows an ectopic pregnancy is a grave threat to a woman's health.

Abortion has saved many women's health & lives. this case is about a woman who needs an abortion, when she gets to the emergency room because something is going wrong with her pregnancy, the doctor thinks her health may be at risk if she continues with pregnancy, and the women say yes, to abortion. then the doctor can do the abortion. then the pregnant woman will not have to face all the pain and suffering, and all the other treatments, that will cost money, because the abortion ban law says, she can only get an abortion because her life is at risk.
