Just remember, Grapes must be crushed to make wine, Diamonds are formed under pressure, Olives are pressed to release oil and Seeds grow in the dark. So whenever you're feeling crushed, under pressure, pressed or in the dark just know you're in a powerful place of transformation, trust the process.

Take a cosmic identity, a universal identity. Instead of identifying with religious identity or nation identity or biological identity or gender identity. Don't say I love mantras and I am a hindu, or a Christian or a muslim so on. These mantras are for everyone atom in the universe. As said in the mantra, the prana or the energy which drives this universe also drives us. Let's identity with that energy which is universal.

@@anabelarainha9166 greetings dear but I don't think you get my comment. As reflected in your comment you are identifying yourself with a religious identity. you think you know god, and "he" is sitting somewhere up, but in this round planet if we point upward, then are we sure we pointing in right direction? In this cosmos we can't point in the right direction of up but we know who is sitting up. This is because we are not sincere enough to say that we do not know. I do not know there is god or not. But I can say there is a energy which drives every atom, we can call it whatever we want but we still don't know a damn thing about it. We make our own definition of that with our little thinking and made different religions out if it and with our little thinking we start identifying ourselves with it and create divides among humans. In this earth, no two humans can think same but we want all humans to follow a single religion defined by someone. Thats never gonna happen. Only when we will be able to appreciate and accept all the different diversity and stop the madness of making everyone to follow some single religion, only then we can achieve peace. Till then one human will fight or persuade or with some other tactic try to make other human to follow their religion. This has to stop and we have to sincerely accept that we do not know and we accept the diversity truly.

It's 12:20 AM. Windows are open getting a light cool breeze and lights are turned off and listening to this right now. Feeling calm and content. A real bliss. I can able to realise that finally only emptiness and being alone exist in this world. People came and go . They give you butterflies. Make you feel special. But spending time with ourselves like this late night, alone , wind, music is a million dollars. At present. I feel more connected to the divine and feeling calm and I live in the present. @@lucil9797 True my divine friend. Non-Duality is the ultimate truth. What Buddha refers to as the Void (emptiness) and what Vedas point out to as Brahman and what Jesus refers to as Father are one and same. It's within us yet we seek it outside and that becomes the reason for suffering as there is division. Religion is quite often confused with spirituality. I say Religion is Duality and spirituality is Oneness and Non-Duality.

These mantras feel like lullabies. They remind me of my innocence and fragility. They sooth my hurts and loneliness. They remind that I am a child of creation and that there is a great nuturing , comforting force in the universe. It inspires to think about a song I learned in a Rediscovery camp. "Oh I say thank you , oh great spirit, in this way. I long to live my life with you, in love and devotion. Oh i'm coming home , in this way in love and devotion. Way ya ha way ya ha way ya ho."

Prana - Life Force Apana - Great Cleanser of the System Sushumna -Channel for the Life Force Hari / Har - Great Creative Infinity More Information: Prana is the life force, and Sushumna is the central channel for that force. This mantra helps draw energy up the spine for healing. Hari and Har are names of God. When prana and apana flow together through Sushumna - the central passage of the spinal column - to the top of the head, the experience of samadhi takes place, which is the goal of all yogic practice.
