My mind rushs nonstop. Your mind is like a river it flows nonstop if you want want it to go in different direction it takes work to start digging creating new paths for the river to flow. What i do is use my animal totem which is the grey wolf and i can go in full detail of the smells sounds wind water earth spirit and i just run. I can feel the coolness of the snow or warmth from the sunset. So as im laying down to sleep i run. Nothing but me and nature and thats the key to happyness is unattachment. No politics no religion no flags no races no groups no socail media. Nature is pure bliss. I have god in my heart but i battle demons all the time. Lonelyness depresson anxiety but god helps and makes it easy.
