I love that you understand what your definition of Self Love is for YOU. It's not for everyone, and you're respectful to others whose self-love doesn't look that way.

Thank you Lisa for anther epic interview with an amazing wonder woman, btw i lovvve how you dissect your guests thought and action process leading to their evolution or success. I absolutely adore you keep them coming girl. My favorite takeaway from this interview is " The most successul leaders listen because it enables you to take what the other person tripped up on and use it in later negotiotions or let you know whether or not you want to be in business with that person.

Numerous salient points. Not really an "interview" per se...I loved watching the natural back and forth between the two of you. Mad tears work, yes, and huggy self-love does not work all the time! Sticky notes on the accountability mirror (Goggins) - they are not all nice! 👊 Keep bringing them!

We are programmed to be good at what we do, and we learn from experience, so we can get a higher paying job. We are not taught to believe in ourselves. We are taught to make other people believe in us in order to get them to pay us a higher salary. Someone else decides our worth and destiny and are responsible for us. I worked for someone else for years; and when I graduated from business school, I still worked for someone else. People would tell me to get my own business, at the time I didn't feel I was ready for the responsibility. I went to film school, now I work for myself I am an author/filmmaker in Hollywood. I got tired of me not being in control of my own destiny. I own the rights to all of my work and only willing to share it with the studio. After I die they will carry on my franchise. I have worked on many TV shows and films, and I am lucky I am rich. I had to turn down a lot of work to focus on me and my interest and vision. I work around the clock on my time, and when I go to the set I am on studio time. My projects are large scale long term and take time. I get back to everyone in 24 hours or sooner. I am not a doctor on call and I hire independent contractors.The only thing I do everyday is write. When I was acting and modeling I was on call. If you didn't answer right away they would get someone else. My son is an athlete, eventually I will do a clothing line for him. The vision came to me some time ago. I have a strong background in fashion. The power of patience is the key, being in a hurry burns you out, and the stress takes a toll on your health. Good Luck!

I would love to see more black woman on the show in the coming months. someone I can relate to, we are all woman but we go through so much. Unless that's not your target audience
@dqali28065 жыл бұрын
I feel where you are coming from as a black woman myself, but honestly who cares what color your inspiration comes in ? just use the wisdom and energy these amazing woman are giving to propel yourself and be grateful for their time. We live in a racially charged society , but i think its on us to be ruthless about where we get our growth from. Take off your racial glasses when it comes to success. You can relate to anyone just for being human.
@s3xiibiishliyah5 жыл бұрын
@@dqali2806 I don't have any racial glasses on, I'm calling it how I see it on social media in this world if no one speaks up nothing will change. If I watched through the whole thing obviously I was interested and I tuned with this interview. Absolutely you gain knowledge from any other. We gain knowledge from others and not ourselves everyday so that part wasn't needed. But thank you
@LisaBilyeu5 жыл бұрын
@@s3xiibiishliyah totally see both arguments (which aren't opposing). You can learn from all lessons no matter who the teacher, and yet still feel inspired most by people you relate to!
