Hiya Darren, another thought provoking video. I watched Gareth on that video, and told him it was hard to sit and watch as he was forced into opening up. Last week Gary did a Q&A vlog, again some very personal information. It's so very sad that a %, a small % of people who are wired so they can only be happy watching others fail. Or suffer when they read the hurtful, nasty vile comments on line. Having been a follower of the channel, now both channels for a while, we have seen the way you handle adverse issues in your life. Strength, inner strength. Not breaking, but bending when hash winds come. The set of your sails ❤ You know that the haters, are not worth the time and effort of putting down, but like the midges in the summer they become annoying and get on your nerves. Another great honest video Darren. There will always be, and always has been unhappy people, they are unchangeable and unable to find happiness, so seek to disrupt anything that appears to be light and happy. It is how they are wired. We had them in our school years and they are in our working life years. The trick is to employ patience and avoid even mentioning there unnecessary and unacceptable behaviour as this only serves to fuel their existence on social media. Rate My Takeaway is one I have followed for ages. Lovely bloke - jokey and fun but importantly real. He was open and honest following the death of his partner. He uses his platform to promote charity - mostly the BHF - people come up to him when he setting up or eating and he always stops, chats and has a photo with them. Just be nice just help others out and pay them some time - you actually feel better after it too. I often speak to strangers in the supermarket - particularly the elderly because I know some of them can go for days not speaking to anyone. Just stand, talk and indulge them you never know you could be making their week. Keep up the good work DJ

It doesn't matter dj, one thing to remember is, laugh and the world laughs with you, cry and you cry alone, dont complain because nobody it never gets anyone anywhere, not that you do but in general people do. Get yourself back on keto dj, you will achieve your goal but be strict, its worked for me and my missus, it takes time but not as long as youd expect mate. The very best to you. Hello Darren. I enjoy the channel, both the eating and bikes. (I've a couple). But re leaving food. Having volunteered 5 years at an advice service and giving food vouchers out. (some people just want sandwiches as they can't afford to put cooker on). It seems, wrong (to me) to order food to waste. I watch a local guy who trys food but takes it home for his fsmilycwhstvhe doesn't eat.

I do despair sometimes at the way we treat each other not a lot we can do about that invariably someone will do something to restore my faith in the human race the majority of people have good hearts was always taught growing up if I could only be one thing in my life make it to be kind if everyone who was able to once a week to do an act of kindness what a vastly different place the world would be many things have changed since I was a youngster and sometimes not for the better for me the lack of community spirit has had a massive impact on our wellbeing

I love Gary Eats, and of course you're channel both brilliant. I am being honest i don't like some of the ones you mention. Why can't said video be taken down or reported? For me it's interesting to see your videos around London, because being a Manchester guy for 66 years like to know the food scene in the South . Get fed up with Northerners lol going on about prices etc,snobby rich etc they want to try living down there! How are you Darren, How are you really. I ask because you come across truly unhappy, searching, searching searching. Whatever has happened in your life has obviously affected you greatly, it shows in your content. This is not having a go at you but just stating a point. Hopefully you find what you are looking for but realise that putting yourself out in the social media world comes with its ups and lots of downs. No one knows whats around the corner but as sure as night follows day trying to please people on social media will always bring out the negative side being the people that enjoy trolling.
