Can you use it with a lav mic and iem at the same time?

You mentioned that there's a bit of latency. Can you measure it? Record a stereo signal on your computer where one side is the direct audio, and the other side is from the receiver. Since the same signal is going to the computer through two different paths the time difference is the latency.
