Richard, that must have been magnificent mansion in its day. I'm surprised the door was not locked. Anybody could get in. Great video.

I watched hours ago but had to shoot to work. It's cool someone appears to be giving this grand old beauty another lease of life. If it didn't cost do much to buy property I'd love to own some especially old locations like this. Have an amazing weel

Cool, grew up in a 1870s red brick which still had the huge coal burning furnace, not functional but the modern HVAC had been built beside the old beast for some reason. Coal chute was long gone but could see the mount

Wow 1870 ! My first proper explore was a Manor built-in 1863 and had a coal furnace that was still in use and had a huge pile of coal and a wooden shovel and a kitchen with a wood burning stove from Europe. It was called Pinehurst Mansion 1863-1978. It had a mansard roof with Gothic style architectural style.

So nice of you to say. Yes I believe that this old house will be fixed up in time. Just as long as it is not vandalized.

I tried Bob Vila and he said he didn't really know how to fix up houses and suggested Angie's List.

@@AbandonedNorthJersey The producer Russell Morash just passed away not too long ago. I watched those shows too. I remember the landscape guy talking about a Yoddin Goddin Potty with that Boston accent before I realized he was saying Yard and Garden Party.
