I have not played Arlecchino's story quest yet, but I feel like this is so connecting and so real. I love the idea that it's also the children reaching out to Arlecchino (just like Lyney and his siblings are) to give her hope, just as she did to them, even if it was a hope that had to be merciless and strict. AUGHGHGHGHG IT'S SO GOOD Really loving all these analysis in between the music and the video! I hope Hoyo releases more cool ones for you to break down XD

Completely agree that Arlecchino is a must have character if you appreciate the story, they did not hold any punches, it's crazy how much effort they've put into building her up since Fontaine's beginning. Pre fontaine I was a bit meh about her design and story because, at least at the time, she seemed like an irredeemable monster, but as we learned more about her it's kind of funny how with every trailer and her appearance in the story pretty much every bad misconception I had about her just disappeared and she's become easily one of my favorite characters at least story wise, just like wanderer did back in sumeru, all the fatui are just incredibly written, yes even Childe, the more you learn about them, can't wait to see whatever they're planning with Natlan and the harbinger that's currently there because they're probably my favorite design wise(trying not to spoil) Today I immediately finished her story quest as I updated the game and I was blown away, I don't want to spoil anything but I know you'll enjoy it when you get to it as well! Also the singer is Curley G! She's a fantastic singer, I'm always impressed with how many great singers they're able to work with Great analysis as always!!!

Huh, I hadn't listened to this song, just assumed it was ripped straight from the animated short, but it's a little different here. Really nice song, was cool to see you analyze the lyrics and apply it to how you think Arlecchino's story might go

Genshin (and Honkai Impact 3rd) music ALWAYS makes me cry. If I'm playing and certain OSTs come on I have to just stop whatever I'm doing and take it all in. Usually crying halfway through. 😂

Amazing analysis as always, I love the deep dive you went into the emotional journey that is Arlecchino's! It's tough for me to say if she is the best-written character in GI because Fountaine REALLY upped a notch on their character presentation as a whole (Neuvilite, Navia, Wrio, The twins, and dear GOD, don't even let me start on Furina). Still, she is undoubtedly one of the most complex and well-written in my opinion. Ps* 10/10 Thumbnail right there

I don't know what you mean with "clear". If it's english, then yes, but if not - we already have Yun Jin's "Damsel of devastation" chinese opera and Furina's french song "La Vaguelette".
