These "I wish my waifu was real" kind of people like brandon and SSG either don't seem to have, or just don't want to do the tiny amount of self reflection it takes to realize that no woman, real of fictional, would ever want to be within 50 ft of them with the way they are. Like, Twilight sparkle and Starlight glimmer would not be interested in a socially isolated neet who constantly obsesses over them and makes video's of them in bed together all day. If these fictional characters where actually real, they wouldn't want literally anything to do with brandon, or any other creepy simps fawning over them.

Perfect title to describe Brandon the Brony-obsessed equivalent of Chris Chan, in fact, he is just like Chris; similar to Chris' "Dimensional Merge", all of Brandon's projects stem from his narcissism, sick sexual fantasies, maladaptive daydreaming where he thinks the ponies are real, and his Peter Pan Syndrome with him refusing to even attempt to obtain any kind of employment whatsoever and constantly begging others for money/Deviantart points just to afford more art to fuel his ego and more toys, all perfectly encapsulate his devotion to rejecting adult life and his ultimate desire to hide from adult responsibilities due to wanting to perpetually live like a child and believing said series would be able to grant his wildest pony fantasies, consequently warping his perception of reality.

There’s an interview that this guy did with a guy in a green screen suit and a school uniform and sun glasses where he talks about his content for an hour and a half and there is a point where he talks about him not being able to graduate from high school because of a meltdown that he had before going up on stage and he labels that as the reason why he imagines himself in the movies where the horses are people. He also makes an insinuation about him being an accident when he briefly talks about his mother not being a good mother.

i moved to being a brony (not rly, just a show i admittedly like to watch while faded and or drunk + liking character creation stuff) from being in furry circles cuz furries were starting to piss me off and honestly i don't even know if this is better or worse. edit: 2-5 more minutes in after pausing every 30 seconds. definitely worse. god damn it.
