Reagan was anti gun. He started the trend towards strict gun control as Governor of California in response to armed black protestors and activists including some that occupied a government building. The protests were pushing for reforms of the police because of widespread abuses and the government had no interest in reforms, thus the public was starting to arm themselves and begin patrols on their own. Regan continued his anti gun stance by successfully pushing for more gun control as President.

What many ppl I work with in this industry don’t understand is that flipping to MAGA is not in line with your interests.
