Costs are in the EX50 form - you should always check this is the most recent version and you have the fees correct. Do not rely on my vlog, as it may be out of date or not exactly the correct figure as fees can vary depending on the type of application.

Alex, Can you cover security of cost please. In a situation where the opponent is a limited company with (i) accounts at Company House showed a balance sheet of £1300 and (ii) this opponent Ltd company has a parent company with not very healthy balance sheet either, can you as a Claimant ask for security of cost? Similarly, in this situation, should the info on the accounts filed at Company House be taken into account whether one should go ahead to sue or not? Thanks. God Bless. Peace.
