Glad you included Saul at the end. People kinda just see him as the fun lawyer but he's definately overlooked when it comes to flawed, struggling male characters. I always found his character to be a lot more relatable than Walt, and Im glad he's finally getting the recognition he deserves
@CloudzyAlt
@CloudzyAlt Жыл бұрын
Walt isnt relateable in any way tbh, he made his own mistakes, let peoples words get to him, let his ego get to him, let psychosis and delusion get to him, and ruined many other peoples life for his own satisfaction. Saul and Jesse are solid characters honestly, walt was just psychotic and too stuck-up on his own fantasy that he put others through hell for his heaven.

@@krypticunlimited6925 nah Walt was very understandable and realistic. He went his whole life in the shadows despite being much smarter than everyone else. He founded a billion dollar company and was given pennies when he left. He worked as a high school teacher and shit on daily. But, yes. Walt had a fatal flaw. Ego. Ego ruined him in the end and it was always there. His pride and his ego. He is still a great character.

What I love about these is they're like a modern art collage and go to show how much emotion can be invoked in an image or video. It reminds me of why I love art and film, when art actually has some sort of meaning or is made by people who actually understand it's purpose. The marriage of the visual format and sound is the greatest achievement man has made. Conjuring a form of reality out of nothing, like god. Also listen to Pt. 2 by Mildred. I have to say that everywhere lol.

This is me. Literally me. No other character can come close to relating to me like this. There is no way you can convince me this is not me. This character could not possibly be anymore me. It’s me, and nobody can convince me otherwise. If anyone approached me on the topic of this not possibly being me, then I immediately shut them down with overwhelming evidence that this character is me. This character is me, it is indisputable. Why anyone would try to argue that this character is not me is beyond me. If you held two pictures of me and this character side by side, you’d see no difference. I can safely look at this character every day and say “Yup, that’s me”. I can practically see this character every time I look at myself in the mirror. I go outside and people stop me to comment how similar I look and act to this character. I chuckle softly as I’m assured everyday this character is me in every way. I can smile each time I get out of bed every morning knowing that I’ve found my identity with this character and I know my place in this world. It’s really quite funny how similar this character is to me, it’s almost like we’re identical twins. When I first saw this character, I had an existential crisis. What if this character was the real me and I was the fictional being. What if this character actual became aware of my existence? Did this character have the ability to become self aware itself?

The reality of our world is that we are alone. Despite having friends. When our days are finished we are left alone with just our thoughts. Let that be okay 👌🏼 and allow yourself to be vulnerable with people including your pals. Doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re strong enough to speak about the truth. To speak the truth and not fear the world of anyone in it shows what sort of man you are

Damn this hit hard, I took a break from dating and talking to people. Just focused on the bag for 2 years and got my own place now. I realised you’re pretty much on your own really. I see through peoples bullshit and when you call it out they don’t like it. When people trying to test me or play games I just get disappointed than being angry or insecure, doing that really effects people. Have had a few disrespectful people come back apologising because I didn’t put up with the bullshit. Can be lonely when you have self awareness skills and reading physiology books that have taught me how easily manipulated I was. Unintentionally too, I just accepted things like they were normal. Spiritual awakening was nuts. Being a man is tough. The world is harsh and unforgiving, no place for a boy.

my social life is very limited as a result i'm lonely. That's why I mostly jog on weekends or Fridays to distract myself from what I might have. I usually find myself at the bench in the park around 2 or 3 a.m. and enjoy the quiet night. I tried to get out of this vicious circle. But it is impossible. I know people meme about these characters, shows and movies. But deep down we all know why we relate to them, because they show us an image of a troubled depressed man, fighting traumas and demons. Something we can all relate to. its not just "oh look he's just an incel that's why he likes it", no, its much more deeper than that.

I like how he picked up the moments for the transition, each transition from one character from one movie to another character from another movie is connected, if you look at it, for example, at 0:17, you can see how the detective from the series is near the cross in the church, and literally the next moment already begins with another movie, but in a similar place, even at first you don't notice that these are two different films, in this edit every transition is so connected if you delve into this topic, good job, you did it with a bang.

What an amazing video with characters we can all relate. However, there is one more relatable character that can be in a future video, which is William Foster (acted by Michael Douglas) from Falling Down. The man also doesn’t like how society treats him and gets really fed up with everyone he meets on his way, and the only thing that he ever wanted to do was get to his daughter as it was her birthday. ❤
