sounds like one of those old movies that play music and when it fades away it goes flat or sharp of what note its supposed to be

Great video! Love the location! 😁

Thank you! 👌🏻👌🏻 Certainly a nice iconic location with plenty of high speed passing trains and good views down the line in both directions 😎

very nice spot and the barriers opened really quickly after the train passed
@SouthEastLevelCrossings4 жыл бұрын
It's certainly a very nice location! The barriers go up so early because they're automatically raised once the train has cleared.

Amazing catch! 😎👌 One broken Flat-toned alarm, and a broken fast yodalarm.. strange that it stopped late also! I've never seen this out of all 6,000+ level crossings in the UK! Definitely a lot of work needs to be fixed on this Level crossing!

Thanks very much! 👌🏻👌🏻 This particular level crossing is certainly a unique one 👍🏻

Oh I do like this location, nice and open. A location which not even LED alternating lights can spoil. Delightful Mk1 barriers and not one but two characteristic alarms; one has a preference for the continuous tone.

I certainly like these more open and rural locations too, and I like how this one's visible and just off of a main dual carriageway road. The barriers are certainly quite a nice touch, but I'm not personally keen on the alarm sound as it is, most notably because of how loud the alarms are 😶👌🏻

Nice Video, Really Odd alarms! 👍👍 And a delay for the alarms to cut off.
@SouthEastLevelCrossings4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! 😎 Both alarms here certainly are very faulty, and the audible warning at this level crossing has always cut off late for some very odd reason. Makes it unique though 👌🏻

Great video. Those alarms are very peculiar!! Great location though.

Thank you! 😎 Yes, a very odd combination of alarms here, and the location certainly has good views down the tracks and trains passing at speed, so certainly a good place to film 👍🏻

Great video and crossing! Definitely needs some work there, lol. Also, are those parts of an on light bracket I see on the concrete gate mech posts?
@SouthEastLevelCrossings4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! 👍🏻👍🏻 This crossing certainly needs to be seen to, and yes, there are light brackets on the barrier assemblies here, as wigwags used to be attached to them.

You should go to Mow Cop level crossing

Caleb that other alarm isn’t actually faulty you realise. It’s just a lot faster and high pitched. Non the less another great vid from you aha.
@SouthEastLevelCrossings4 жыл бұрын
Well, if you put it onto x0.5 speed you can hear it skipping quite a lot, so it's definitely faulty, anyways, thanks a lot! 👍🏻👍🏻

Dont bother goin there because the faulty alarms are probably gonna be around for a while...

One of the alarms has since been replaced. Even if they were both faulty I'd still film there again tbh
