Does it have a flap?

No flap is included I’ve seen someone use adhesive and shower curtain cut to help keep litter out

Mine came with a rubber flap, it's attached to the inside flap of the packaging very easy to miss and accidentally throw away

So why are there 2 parts in the box? That threw me off. Having trouble finding instructions lol
