It isn't really the pain. The sound so near to the ears is very loud and that click surprised them... My both daughters were sleeping when they got their earrings and they didn't wake up or cry. They made tests and put some plug in headphones in the babys ears with music and from 💯 babys only two cried a little bit ! I made all my 10 earholes by myself and it don't hurt ! It is just the noise and a little bit pressure. The ear got warm for some minutes and that's it definitly NO pain !!!

I agree. A child should be old enough to consent before having their ears pierced. According to my trustworthy dad, my narc mom had my ears pierced TWICE when I was a baby. Both times the piercings got infected and had to be treated/allowed to grow closed again. I think piercing babies' ears is utterly cruel. If it's not a required medical procedure or vaccination, then DON'T do anything that causes your baby pain and puts them at risk for an infection!

There are many customs after a baby girl is born and I respect that truly, but in humanity measures this should be done after several years with awareness of the baby till then it can wait, and with gold wire so that will heal quickly and there won't be much pain. But nowadays baby girls are so into fashion since they are toddlers and it's not good for them. Because they start using cosmetic products which will harm their innocence and childhood at very less age of 9,10 years they get their periods. So it's better to leave that child to enjoy her childhood instead of making hormons active in such short time.

Its only weard bcz that day is her special day no other days she will wear that much of ornaments. Second piercing..
