and how can I use it as an apartment and shop at the same time? or if I move into the residential is the shop automatically my sims’ shop?

Hello, it's in the description. I set this up as Residential, but if you want this build to function as a small business for your sim, just change the lot to retail, move your sim to another lot, have your sim buy it, and then move them there to live.

I think it took me a week. Sometimes I take a rest, and then go back after a day only to change something. Lol. That's why it takes me a week or more before I release another build. 😅
