@@diegoangileri1311 Not really actually, they read a lot of Aristotle, so Aristotle is medieval science would be more precise. But even with that you can find some pretty interesting things. Newton did not made up all his theories from scratch he had some predecessors. Try to take a look to he Pierre Duhem, System of World: A History of Cosmological Doctrines from Plato to Copernicus (don't read it it's like 10 000 pages) he shows that some modern concepts are actually from medieval era.
