Little House on the Prairie Museum - A Homesite of Famous Childhood Author Laura Ingalls Wilder

Little House on the Prairie Museum is a non-profit historical site and museum dedicated to preserving the homestead of Laura Ingalls Wilder, 13 miles Southwest of Independence, Kansas. The goal is to continue to educate the public about the author Laura Ingalls Wilder, Little House on the Prairie Books, and life on the Prairie in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.
The main house was closed for the season, but it was still nice to walk around and see the area and learn about the history.

I went there before it's neat I wish I had more time though when I was there but it's pretty cool I'd have to say

Nice and quiet area. It would have been nice to go in the house, but it was not meant to be that day.
