Played this one on release, beat it in about 6 hours (about half of which was just me fucking with people), then went back for round two, I enjoyed that much. I don't often say this, but I hope they do more content for this game, even if it means DLCs.

The cucumber thing is because they resemble the shape of snakes (one of the few things cats are naturally afraid of), and appear suddenly, so it startles the cat. The worst part is that people are doing it while the cats are eating or drinking. A cat’s food and drink area is usually somewhere they consider safe, they have to let their guard down to eat or drink. If you do something like this, it can make the cat feel like that area is no longer safe, so it disrupts them eating or drinking properly. Don’t be dicks to your animals just for social media engagement.

Usually it's learning and respecting boundaries with a domestic animal that gets people hung up. I used to ba a dog person by default because I never learned how to interact with cats. Now I prefer cats.😂

The reason cats being jumpy with cucumbers (like any other object) is because they just don’t relies it’s there, watch videos on cats being jumpy with people turning on household appliances like a vacuum cleaner or a printer, it’s just something unexpected they don’t realise, hell I’ve seen cats being startled by massive sticks from trees, that is just how cats are, they get scared and startled very easily, so if you hear people say that its because it looks like a snake and that is why they get scared is not true, cats are predators by design and can be properly trained to hunt and kill prey. I’m an Aussie and we have been training cats to catch and hunt prey for decades. Apologies for the long comment. 🌈

It's also from Netease so obviously it's gonna have terrible monetization, even if it is F2P. As far as Overwatch-clones go tho, it does have the sauce gameplay wise and the skins are great. The 3rd person perspective is also a great way to set it apart.

This game reminds me a lot of Armored Core. Dig the fantasy? You'll have a blast!.. despite components of the game being objectively unpolished. Not a mech, or in this case... a cat person? I can understand the tepidness. I have a cat, I play LKBC with her in my lap and a favorite drink. The jazz soundtrack is superb. $23 rarely goes so far.
