Bob was the funniest guy to ever grace a broadcast booth. Remember when Howard Cosell said to him “ You don’t have to be so truculent, you do know what truculent means, don’t you Bob”. And Bob said “ sure I do Howard, if you had a truck and I borrowed it, it would be a truck you lent”. RIP Bob.😢

it's upsetting on how this skit is forgotten forever, like you have only 7 comments, make that 8 including mine, and it's been 10 years since YT uploaded this, and we have 15k views, this skit, and the story of this plot is so good, and bob making fun of his own self in the past is so good, why is this not recommended on KZbin? what's going on?

That was good but it would have been funnier if Bob played it bigger. He was too quiet at parts. SNL isn’t very funny now but they at least know how to make a skit have energy.

Only SNL could take two comedy titans like Bob Uecker and Billy Crystal, and create something this mediocre. They would've been 1000% better off letting them ad-lib for five minutes.
