Rheumatoid arthritis is no joke. I have rheumatoid arthritis as well mostly in my shoulders, my rib cage, my knees, ankles, and hips. luckily I don’t have it in my hands yet. I bet it’s very painful. I’m glad you’re continuing crafting keeping the joints warm and moving helps a lot. Thank you for the fun crafts.

Love you're ideas. I have RA as well as other Autoimmune disorders. I have a hard time with scissors because the opening and closing. My little and even medium scissors were adding to my pain. Mostly because of the opening and closing constantly. I NEVER recommend products, but I am recommending the Tonic Tim Holtz recoil Scissors. The large ones. They're helping me to not only cut a straight line, but they've become a life changer for fussy cutting. they're light enough. And my thumb (where my RA is worse) can rest. RA is pretty painful. I feel for you. Good luck with whatever your medication protocols are. And thanks for all your vids.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and some days are worse than others. I’m on medication for it but everyday is a blessing for me. Constant computer work for years wasn’t good. I can relate to you! God Bless.

I have RA and Lupus. I totally understand what your going through. I hope this flare up passes quickly for you. I find crafting helps me to keep the joints in my hands moving and it seems to help. I also find when I'm crafting I don't focus, or think about the pain.

I love the clips. They perfectly go with the grungy journal I'm working on right now. I'm trying to add lots of metal bits to it. Thank you. I can't believe you're handling all these tiny bits with your arthritis. My daughter has RA too. She finds that eating a (mostly) vegan diet does wonders for her pain. Just thought I'd pass that along in case you might want to try it and see if it helps.

It’s a lovely new kit Tracie, so many possibilities! Love your makes today, especially the layered star. On the ones with the clips, would it be less fiddly to glue the front of the clip in place first and then do the stitching so it wouldn’t move about? I have Osteoarthritis quite badly in my hands ( and sadly most other joints) and it can be frustrating to say the least when I can’t grip things properly so always look for an easier way 😆! xx

Rheumatoid arthritis is awful my 32 year daughter has it and sometimes she gets huge lumps on her legs. She is currently in a flare up which has effected her eyes. Fortunately she has more better days than bad at the moment. Tracey I hope you don’t suffer too much and you are taking the prescribed medication, although that in its self has its own issues. Love the snowy days kit.❤

Brilliant, as usual. If you add a little glitter to the first two embellishments, they could serve as Christmas ornaments. I'm very sorry to learn your news. I've had many problems with my hands from tendonitis, injuries, injured ligaments, and an unidentified rheumatic process (originally diagnosed as RH), and I know a little bit about what you may be going through. Some of the newer biological medications for RH that are administered as is chemo are adalimubab, certolizumab pegol, etanercept, golimumab, infliximab. There are other entirely different categories of newer medications as well. Please do your own research about medications as pharmaceutical companies may pay doctors (or provide them with stuff) to use their products. -umab is from human-derived cells and, I believe, -imab is derived from mouse DNA. If it helps, it's good, but try to be aware of which one may be better for you. Some oncologists are stuck with certain meds because of the pharmaceutical companies (that's how it seems to work in the US). There's a lot of info you can get online. Be well and God bless you.

Does your doctor have you starting methotrexate and some sort of injections like Humira and low dose Prednisone and folic acid (because of the methotrexate)? Before properly diagnosed, the inflammation had gotten to where I couldn’t walk, nor get dressed (thank God for sweats). It took only one week on this regimen for my hands to work again without screaming pain. The proper meds cluster is a must.
