Just made this mermaid with velvet yarn and size 5.5 hook , its about 14inches tall, it’s so cute, ( Whole ball of yarn just for the hair) . I will be making my way through all your patterns thankyou, they are all amazing 😁

Im so confused when i make her hair, there are always 3 chains left so i can’t make round 6😭

crochet the remaining chains, the hair will be a little long or pull 3 chains missing each time It’s not so important🥰

@Fancy Lama Could you maybe look at this again? You say to chain 13 and round 6 comes out of the chain 13? My round 6 comes out of chain 11, but I might be doing something wrong. You chain 13. Then round 1 comes out of the second chain. For round 2, you don't say to skip but to sc two into the chain (two together in chain 3?). Then you say skip a chain (4th chain?) so round 3 is in the 5th chain. Skip 6th chain and the 4th round is in ch 7. Skip 8th chain, round 5 in 9th, skip 10, round 6 in 11th chain, and then I have two chains left over. 🤪🤣 I think I may be interpreting something wrong.
