I love Kelly Rowland but it was the producers. These shows are partly scripted. I was involved in the TV industry for a while and it was well known they wanted a girl group for that season before they even started production

@@allon2650 uh so I’m got gonna get into all the ins and outs of how these shows are filmed but the producers still picked them. The live voting is real in the final live stages but they were selected well before that. For some people there are 3 or 4 auditions and meetings with producers before the filmed ‘first audition’ with the celebrity judges. Lots of vetting to be done. Other candidates the producers will reach out to on social media or through their agents ects and ask if they want to take part in the show. A lot goes into it that you don’t see. Again, love Kelly Rowland, but the celebrity judges are just an on screen role. They don’t get told what to say exactly but they get told who the groups are going to be and who to respond positively to.

I love girl groups, and Little Mix has a HUGE place in my heart. Between them and Fifth Harmony, those groups played a huge influence into the gay that I am today. Lol. I loved Fifth Harmony, but Little Mix was something special, man. Their sisterhood, chemistry, and friendship was so authentic, they all could SING, harmonize, versatile, and their blend was insane! They really do play on each other’s strengths whether it be Perrie’s range and belts, Jade’s musicality, Leigh-Anne’s agility and rapping skills, and Jesy’s unique tone and vibrato, they really were a team as there was no real lead singer which was so refreshing as ALL the girls could blow! It’s crazy to see how these girls were counted out and the mistreatment they had to go through in this industry, but the fact these girls weren’t able to break through the US is a TRAVESTY! However, despite that, these girls have went on to become one of the best-selling girl groups of all time with 70 million records, so I’m glad their receiving their flowers for creating bops that are just pop perfection! It’s hard to choose my favorite era from them, but I absolutely loved Salute and LM5. Glory days is a honorable mention as well.

I love this video. As a big mixer (started in 2016), i hate it when people discrediting their success and underestimate their talent just because they heard Black Magic. They experienced a lot of things and that made them stronger and focused on their goal and seeing them grab that Best Group at the Brits and made history made me so happy ‘cause the girls really deserved it. They’re a definition of a real Girl Group. I may stan or listen to other ggs but this girlies really have a special piece in my heart. They helped me to become more confident and be myself. They’re the standard.

As a new Little Mix stan, I’m here for this!! I wish knew about Little Mix while they were active! I just discovered them during the pandemic but they are my everything! Glory Days is a perfect album start to finish. The fact that SOTME, Touch, Power and NMSS are all on the same album needs to be studied. Each of those could easily be a lead single from an album. I wish they got the love from the US they deserved. Also, I just want to say that Salute was the theme song of WWE Evolution which was their first all women PPV.
