Little Rose - The Holy Child of God

Little Rose is a 7 year old girl buried inside the Priests Cemetery at Sacred Heart Church, Bangalore about 70-80 years ago. Very little is known about her, her family, or origin. However, this grave has a special connection with all the devotees. Everyday the devotees, especially students, flock to her grave and one can witness that it is always garlanded or lit with candles.
In this video, we present to you a short history based on information given to the elders in the parish along with a few testimonies.

On visiting the Blessed sacrament Chapel at Sacred Heart Church I could see many people visiting a grave below in the Graveyard where the deceased Priests were buried. On going to the grave I realised it was the grave of Little Rose of Jesus. Reading about her at this KZbin article I too started visiting her grave and kept praying to her. My intention was "for relief from my eye ailment", as I could not see properly. Fearing it to be a Cataract problem prayed for her intercession that there be surgery involved, instead a relief through a miracle. Today I am pleased to share that the Eye specialist has prescribed fresh Lenses for my spectacles, diagonisiong it as a distance sight issue and not a cataract. I agree with Mary Monaliza. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH ! It is God who enables us to work signs and wonders through His Spirit FOR HIS GLORY! Making demigods out of the the mortals and glorifying them is highly displeasing to God. Little Rose has run her race well and is surely enjoying eternal bliss. May her life about which nothing concrete is known, inspire people in the dark, to see the light of Christ. Priests trying to promote such things rather than God is unbecoming of their calling to serve the Living God. Friends, you need to be certainly cautious of the vibes that you feel near the tombs and graves as described by the anchor. We the Christians are not people of tombs. Tomb is not the destiny of a geniune believer. Every genuine Believer is at rest with the Lord and certainly not in the mud. Please stop indulging in pagan practices that bring the wrath of God. Rest assured, God indwells you. His Holy Spirit indwells you. Take time to feel the vibes of the Spirit within you. Lead lives pleasing to God. He will surely grant the desires of your hearts and much more. Do not forget you are of light! May God gave mercy upon us.

Worship is a word that needs to be understood correctly ...that there are differing “levels” of respect to be given to others and to God, the Catholic has carefully defined their terms. One is to honor God but also honor their father and mother. Leviticus 19:32 “You will stand up in the presence of gray hair, you will honour the person of the aged and fear your God.” The Israelites who worship God alone are commanded to show a level of honor by rising to their feet in the presence of gray-haired and aged men. This “standing up” is a sign of respect and honor but is not confused with the command in the same verse to “fear your God”. They also fall down on their faces in front of the king. Consider David and King Saul: “David arose and went out of the cave and called after Saul, saying, “My lord the king!” And when Saul looked behind him, David bowed with his face to the ground and prostrated himself” (1 Sam 24:8). In order to make this differentiation clear, Catholic doctrine has explained the distinction with the terms latria, dulia, and hyperdulia. Latria is the “worship” and “adoration” allowed to God alone; whereas, dulia and hyperdulia are forms of respect and veneration given to worthy creatures “In more technical terms used by the Tradition to draw this important distinction, devotion to Mary belongs to the veneration of dulia, or the homage and honor owed to the saints, both angelic and human in heaven, and not to latria, or the adoration and worship that can be given only to the Triune God and the Son incarnate. Because of her unique relationship to Christ in salvation history, however, the special degree of devotion due to Mary has traditionally been called hyperdulia. While latria is owed to her Son by reason of unity of his divine and human natures in the Person of the Word made flesh, hyperdulia is due to Mary as truly his Mother.

A Saint is one, who with the objective of pleasing God, does ordinary duties extraordinarily well. We all are sinners seeking for God’s mercy. The Saints are men and women, boys and girls, young and old who walked the face of the earth like you and I. No matter the enormity of your sins, remember that God's grace is more than sufficient. Sainthood is possible; it comes not by doing just great things but by doing little things in extraordinary ways. Live a life of holiness and God will dine with you. Struggle to be better in holiness every day and God’s grace will transform you. The Saints' biographies describe men and women who, docile to the divine plan, sometimes faced unspeakable trials and sufferings, persecutions and martyrdom. They persevered in their commitment: "they... have come out of the great tribulation", one reads in Revelation: "They have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb" (Rev 7: 14). Their names are written in the book of life (Rev 20: 12) and Heaven is their eternal dwelling-place. In summary, let's all respond to the 'Call of Holiness' and intercede to All Saints. By so doing you are telling yourself and others that: one day, everyone will be given an infinite apartment in Heaven.Let us thus invoke the Saints so that they may help us to imitate them and strive to respond generously, as they did, to the divine call. May the shining examples of the Saints reawaken within us the great longing to be like them; happy to live near God, in his light, in the great family of God's friends. Being a Saint means living close to God, to live in his family. And this is the vocation of us all, vigorously reaffirmed. May God in His kindness direct our thoughts, words, our actions through the the Saints. May God help us with His strength in our weakness- when we meet problems, may God help us to face them courageously, so that that we may know and do His will. In particular, let us invoke Mary, Mother of the Lord and mirror of all holiness. May she make us faithful disciples of her Son Christ Jesus: May we all respond generously and strive daily to God’s call to holiness in our everyday life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

If I tell you, you are our prime minister And I salute, do you become really PM? You never become, because you are not. Same way Catholic Church has taught us whom we should worship Whom we should venerate Even if you see it as we worship holy persons, it is not. We never worship them we honor them and we ask their help because they are in the presence of God. In Old Testament days we had patriarchs, Judges, kings, Prophets to stand before God on behalf of people. Why did God choose them while God is powerful to do all by himself.
