We could have had more people experience lbp and maybe lbp would still be profitable today we could have even seen a lbp4 if lbp hub wasn’t canceled live service games are way more popular then regular paid games.

Tbh if the lbp community is committed to doing some work lbp hub could be a good game with private servers especially with multiplayer we could play lbp1 with lbp2 cosmetics and features!

I think that lbp hub is the most logical thing to do in the nearest future, to preserve the LBP. Maybe someday they're gonna release something similiar to that.

I mean is just lbp2 free to play without all content of the game and just one original level, also if this was just planned only for the ps3 as the year the ps4 was comming it would be a really bad idea at all, also i take that i prefer that we actually have lbp3 rather than lbphub not for only came to ps4 luckily if not for the new tools that expanded too well for the level creation that on today still are the best.
