Ingredients:
500g Chicken ( thigh and breast fillet)
1/2 cup Glutinous Rice
1/2 cup Long Grain Rice
5 1/2 cups Homemade Chicken Stock
1 medium Ginger, peeled and minced
1 medium White Onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 tbsp Kasubha (Safflower)
1 1/2 tbsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Mixed Peppercorn
2 tbsp Coconut Oil, for frying
Topping/s:
Hard Boiled Eggs
Fried Tofu
Fried Garlic Bits
Spring Onion
Calamansi

Little chef 👩‍🍳 is an excellent cook.. I like her style how she prepare everything and very authentic cooking the way I see it and if I can taste all her cooking... that would be great.. I see myself how organize she is in cooking ... keep up the good work little chef ..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The two kinds/varieties of rice used; the Himalayan pink salt; tofu; and safflower are what I think add specialness and sophistication to this heart-warming Filipino dish. love watching your video from start to finish, content, editing style, video quality, the bokeh, lighting and all. Ofcourse, aside of all the technicalities i mentioned, the food looks divine! It really makes me want to taste it. I miss eating this combo food. Seeing your tofu just perfect! And the plating and angle of shots, pinag hirapan at pinag isipan tlg. This kind of cooking show I most enjoy watching.

I add 1/2 cup of sweet rice( malagkit) to make the arroz caldo sticky and more flavorful,next time i cook this,I'll put fried tofu too.

Yeah. And why the coconut oil detailed only 1tbsp but i can see oil for frying the chicken i think and looks like half cup or maybe 1/3cup😊 of coconut oil? Correct me if i'm wrong✌
