Been such a busy week but I’m glad to be chilling watching at 00:49 Friday. I’m just sold my xl electric sheeter as I hardly use it now. And actually only used it a few times . I’m sticking with my smaller electric one. ❤if I ever sell it I will let you know xx

I just love watching you for multiple reasons clear across the other side of everywhere in the states😂 I think mostly because how at the end you point out your swatches are still on the wall and your hair is not how you want it to be that is the story of my life I have 5000 different things going on at once and my hair is always a disaster usually sticky from grandbaby fingers😅😅 but most of all your cake is beautiful and I'm so glad you got a new toy save you time and money❤❤❤🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💀💀💀

Tracey I love that you invested in some thing that not only will save you time but also it’s not as hard on your body. I was interested in buying a chocolate tempering machine. Do you have any recommendations?

Honestly at one time I would have suggested a table top one with a wheel as they seem easier to clean and usually come with a spout....BUT, in this day and age I wouldn't recommend anyone buy any chocolate equipment right now. The prices of chocolate are soaring, all the chocolatiers around me have shut down, its just not sustainable due to the prices of the ingredients vs what people are willing to pay for chocolate. I'd wait until things have calmed down - if they ever do! And reassess it then x

Do you ever have any issues with the black fading or turning purple/blue/green? I always have a 😬 face when i know guests will get partially black dye when eating so idk why people order black. However, i know it helps to spray instead of all paste or buttercream.
