I was in the Oman in 1968 several times. But I spent 90% of that time in the mountain regions. My base was on top of the famous Jebel Akhdar. There were no roads into the hills or hotels then. I spent all the nights I was there either in a tent or under the stars. I thought it was a magic place. Some of the Wadi valleys in the mountain regions have sheer sides. We had to be very fit to trek in the area. I see on Google Map that now there is a road all the way to the top of Jbl Akhdar to the hotel at the top. Once again, your video has taken me down memory lane. Thank you.

Love Frankincense, always have some Frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carteri) in my home for relaxation and slow down and deepen my breathing. Would love to see the trees in the wild. More beautiful scenery.
