Barry Evans died by suicide, he was working as a cabby, when he died, same with jerry desmonde, the straight man in norman wisdom films, suicide, taxi driver, how sad it all is.

It doesn't seem like a murder. They found him laying down on his face on his sofa with a blow at the back of his head, he can't be the one who hit himself because if he was the police would have found the tool he used to hit himself they didn't even mention anything about it. Also, it was confirmed that he didn't commit suicide because they didn't find aspirin in his body but they found so much alcohol in his blood but they didn't say that it had any affects on his body. So, saying that he committed suicide is doubtful. Also, he was going to meet a friend that day. And his belongings were stolen. I mean if the robbers/robber got in while he was still alive then he would call the police but he didn't,and that means that the robbers/robber could the murderers/murderer. Also, I read that one of the people who were in his stolen car heard that somebody he knows is going to kill Evans. I think that the police didn't investigate very well. I don't like Evans, BUT I LOVE JUSTICE.
