Hi! Ty 💗 It's normal for some but not a lot. Make sure you're using oil free products, no mascara, cotton free cleaning and don't brush them when wet.

Okay so I thought I was washing mine right until I noticed I kept getting lash fills almost less than two weeks so I saw this and I was surprised that I shouldn’t rinse my lashes with the lil bottle to wash out the soap but I tried just the brush method and my lash tech’s soap and first day IT WAS SO GOOD! Super easy and honestly as plump as the day I got the fill! I will update back in a week and before/after my appointment to see what my lash tech says about my retention!

My lash artist has a cleanser and a similar brush (hers is flat on top). This was my first time ever having lash extensions (I currently have my first ones on). My only question is does anyone find these cleansing brushes stiff and rough? I am very gentle when I wash mine, but no matter how light handed I am it still doesn’t feel good. I’m also worried that I’m not getting them fully clean because I can’t press very hard on my lashes while cleansing them. I wish the brushes were less stiff. If they had less bristles, but longer bristles I think it would be perfect. With the current lash cleansing brush I feel like I might as well be rubbing my eyelids with a wash cloth. I can’t press hard enough for the bristles to spread and not be so scratchy feeling because I’ll ruin or lose my lashes if I do.

Kd Love ours are super soft we’ve never had any complaints on them being hard 😊 you can also just purchase a fluffy blending brush for a dollar at target or any store like that and use that as well 💕

Ty Mo we say a full 24hrs if you are super sensitive you can wash 5 min after your service is complete, usually your lash artist will do this just to make sure to clear all fumes 💕
