I follow the same routine everyday. I dedicate 1 hour for the body, 1 hour for the mind, and 1 hour for spirit. It goes as follows: -Body for 1 hour (running,hiking, lifting, martial arts, swimming, sports) -Mind for 1 hour (reading, education, documentaries, podcasts, journaling, debate) Spirit for 1 hour (meditation, prayer, spiritual studies, musical instrument, arts and crafts, community service)

This is the kind of life we should strive for brothers. Prayer, fasting, eating whole foods and exercising, reading scripture daily. I also suggest learning how to hunt and fish, forage, and start a small garden. Homesteading is a beautiful skill for this kind of life! We have to embrace our crosses and our suffering. We have to give all glory to Christ. We must abstain from all these wicked sins of the flesh and of the world that have seemed to consume our culture today. And despite the MGTOW mantra, we should strive to marry and start a traditional family. Conservative, raised to honor God, where gender roles are praised and not trying to be torn down. Satan's primary goal is to abolish the nuclear family. This is how we stop him. We are the counter culture! Praise be to the Father. God bless you and your family Elliott.

Hey Elliot, I’ve really been enjoying these videos lately. I’m going to be honest, I haven’t followed you for years due to not liking the way the videos changed. I randomly searched your name to see how you were doing a few days ago and I’ve been watching your last few videos and they are fantastic. RN here. You're absolutely right. Any time i pull into the hospital and read "heroes work here", i cringe hard. Nobody there is volunteering, we're there because it's our job to be. We're getting paid pretty damn good money too. So when healthcare workers grandstand and act like we're "heroes", just call it out for what it is. IT'S OUR JOB TO BE THERE, plain and simple.
@701delbronx83 жыл бұрын
Well you’re a male RN
@coltsgood993 жыл бұрын
I somewhat agree with your statement, but you have to remember just how shitty, imcompetent, unhelpful, and selfish the average person is. Given how useless the average person is, it’s easy to see how one could elevate a nurse to a “hero” status in society. And of course they use the “hero” tactic as a recruiting tool, just like the military/police/firefighting/etc
@Alstanus3 жыл бұрын
@@coltsgood99 - Hm, that's pretty insightful stuff. Never thought of it like that. Especially the recruiting aspect, I always just looked it from a face value aspect. Kind of like the "pep talk" appreciation deal.

@coltsgood993 жыл бұрын
@@Alstanus no worries dude, anything to help shift the perspective for the better, and I think that he's saying that you're a male RN, and he's trying to state that women RN need more "pumping up"/flattering for work by calling them heroes whereas you just see it as a regular job that you're getting paid for. I think that's what he's saying. I see what he’s getting at but I also think that that’s not just a woman thing, men and women both like to be motivated, calling them a "hero" as a nurse is just one effective way of doing it

Maybe get a farm to Elliot. Unless you have a garden in your home where you can put a few plants, maybe some chickens, etc. That's a good investment in our days. Just read the history. Money gets useless in times of turmoil and overinflation. If you have a vegetable garden, some chickens, maybe a few goats, you can survive. There are incidents like the king of England who couldn't find food and almost starved during one of his journeys, back in the 1600s.

Good stuff man. Here his the Gospel of Jesus Christ: Why do we need Jesus? We are in a fallen world full of pain suffering, and wickedness, separated from God by sin. Then what must be done to restore fellowship with God? First we must be genuine about our own sins. Look at the 10 commandments and see how you stack up, it is a mirror showing us our sinful nature. God is perfectly holy and we have all broken his moral law and deserve his wrath and judgement. The Gospel: At the same time the Father is so rich in mercy and loves us so much that he sent his Son in the flesh 2000 years ago, who lived a sinless life on our behalf, was gruesomely tortured, nailed to the cross, and mocked by his own creation. He died a horrific death in place of US sinners, and rose from the dead 3 days later proving he is the Great I Am. He paid the fine for our death sentence on the cross thus satisfying the Father's justice and quenching his wrath, setting us free from sin and the Law. Once we realize our sinful nature, we must repent for our sins, and put our full trust in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ like you'd put faith in a parachute. Do this and you will be born again. All your sins will be washed away and He will give you the Holy Spirit, who will live in you. You'll have eternal life in a united heaven and earth, a new heart that loves righteousness, and relationship with God will be made right, not by our good works or observance of the law, but by his AMAZING GRACE and mercy. You will be a new creature in Christ, that is His promise. This is all a free gift from God. Humble yourself and ask him to reveal himself to you. Think about this, if you have a Bible I invite you to read the book of John. Jesus loves you and he will never let you down. Peace.
