Slow life in our French farmhouse

Bonjour bonjour!
In this video I am sharing a little update on how our garden is doing this year! Some things are great, some things have failed :) I guess that's life.
I am also taking you with me on a little trip we took as a family to the Beaujolais wine region.
RECIPE
The recipe for the vegan peanut butter cookies is a recipe from Isabel Paige's cookbook. The cakes is a recipe that will be in my cookbook as well. They are healthy almond cakes:
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
75g almond flour
1tsp baking powder
6 dried apricots (unsulphured)
Mix the eggs with the bananas until smooth. Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix. Cut the apricots in little slices and add to the batter. Pour in 6 small ramequins and leave about 1 cm from the rim. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 Celsius for 30 minutes.

When you spoke a few minutes about the picture and how you had found its location in the city and how surreal it was to be able to be in a place that was history and present at the same time I get that. I live in the United States and while living in Georgia I found a painting in a thrift shop of a giant Christmas tree in the middle of a Dutch city.I immediately fell in love with it and bought it brought it home in the next year by pure accident we found that city with the giant Christmas tree and it was so surreal thank you for sharing

She loves our company and is actually really scared of other cats (there are plenty in the village and our street that she meets all the time). When we found her in the streets as a kitten she had a big scar on her tail. We think she may have been part of a family that had more cats and dogs and she wasn’t accepted by the pack. She is extremely scared of other cats and dogs so we would never want to have to put her through the stress of accepting another animal into the home that now finally feels like a safe place to her. She follows us like a dog would. When we go on a short walk at the edge of our village near the forest she comes with us. ❤️

Thank you. Just start with a small corner of your home. My entire home doesn’t look like this (yet) as we’ve been living on a building site for 4 years now. So I try to make cozy little corners in the spaces that I can decorate and try to leave the rest as it simply isn’t possible. Maybe that will help you? Knowing you don’t have to do everything all at once?
