I did it a few years ago when I had a wood fired oven in my backyard. Have an arc xl now and will start doing markets next month. Everyone offered to pay. Plus gave away a few. Didn’t make much more for fun and practice. But figure dough trays, pizza peel, pizza turner, a few pizza cutters, boxes, wax paper, ladle or spoon for sauce. Containers for all your toppings, cheese, and sauces. Plenty of table space. Oh and only offer a few toppings.

Best way you’d recommend learning the slap technique to stretch to dough?

The dough looks so maleable and stretchy. Mine following one of Vito Lacopelli's dough recipes tends to tear when im stretching it. I definitely believe its about refining the basics, and a lot of practice to get it right... then learning the skills to not burn it in a pizza oven! 😂

@@peddlingpizza Thank you so much. I work on a remote island called Shemya in Alaska. Company I work for asked me if I could cook pizza for them twice a month for moral. Been doing it for 3 years now. Soon to retire from there. My trade there is a power plant operator. The pizza gig is a side job. Named 597 Neapolitan Pizza House. I'm hoping to get a business started here in Florida where I live. Similar to yours. So I'm one of your many dedicated fans and getting ideas from you. Having one of my pizzas is the rarest experiences you can have because you have to work on Shemya to be there. Thanks again for the info.
