Thanks so much y’all. What a fun band indeed. Every member brings something special and unique to the table. I realize this is a long solo.. it’s the last song of the night and I like stretching out :)

Not to mention you have alot of pent up energy having been away from live gigging for so long. It's a treat for us to get to witness it again.

If you got it flaunt it baby. I play live a fair bit, well did until last year and admire, maybe envy, the way you navigate the neck positions, but I’m guessing you’ve put the hours in to deserve it. Think I spotted a bit of Zeppelin in there, but maybe coincidence. Great playing sir and great band.

Setting: On the tour bus with the Zawinul Syndicate. The band leader is seated with his headphones on and listening to a recording of that evening's gig. While listening, his expression changes from muted enthusiasm to one of mild irritation. He then yells out, "Henderson! Your solo was too long!" To that, Scott replies, "What're you talking about?! Yours was twice as long as mine!" And then Joe replies, "Yeah, but mine was good."

Just in awe of you. To be able to take a long solo and be original through out, avoiding repeating guitar cliches, and also be expressive....man...just in awe Mr Guthrie

One thing that is often overlooked is how hard it is just to lay down a solid rythym foundation at this tempo and when a brilliant lead player like G T is going off. It is very easy to lose the tempo or.lose sight if where the 1 is and so props to all
