@@blackbeltmastering Yep, it's almost a crime that "ten" has only been issued as a single LP. Way too long for a single LP. Would love a 2 LP BSM One Step on "ten"!

Okay, so the 1-Step of Meteora arrived today. *HOLY SMOK'n MONKEY NUTZ* this pressing sounds bloody amazing, it blew my frigg'n PANTS off! I have the standard pressing which is quite honestly already extremely good. I mean, that is all you need. BUT... although I very rarely ever buy expensive albums or box sets (I have 2 UHQR's and this 1-Step and that is it for expensive 'Audiophile' pressings) but I loved this album so damn much AND after seeing Dave Denyer's KZbin review and how even more amazing the 1-Step pressing of Hybrid Theory is, I had to get it, and I am very glad I did. As good as the fantastic standard pressing is, on my system I can tell easily that this 1-Step has more power, the lows are cleaner, everything is more separated in a 'Natural' way (unlike say the recent Animals Remaster, which sounded great but very unnatural) and much more depth and dimension forward and back and from side to side. A truly F'n fantastic mind blowing sounding record! Levi... U Da Man baby! I would have never, *EVER* believed that a record taken from a Hi-Res file could have possibly sounded this good. Honestly... I'm going to be DAMN sure to check out anything Levi does from now on!

I'm humbled...glad you're enjoying it! The best part is working with the team behind these, Grover @ BSM and Dorin @ RTI who both care a great deal about sound quality and let me push the envelope when it comes to getting a cut I love.

Really excited about this series of BSM. Enjoyed the Grover interview, plus Michael T’s tour of Levi’s studio not that long ago. The Linkin Parks were outstanding. Have already preordered Greenday. Great having fresh more recent audiophile pressings.

@@blackbeltmastering I must say that I was impressed with you Bro! 😁 The 'Standard' pressing of Meteora is pretty damn good, so I am REALLY looking forward to see what you did with it! Oh... and you mentioned that you had done some things with Run Out Groove. I have some of their Morphine and Type O Negative multi-LP sets, and man, they sound F'n GREAT!

@@blackbeltmastering Bro, just got the Meteora 1-Step. WOW! Man, the sound is bloody fantastic! I compared it to the already quite stellar standard pressing (Clear/Black vinyl) which I was already extremely impressed with. Yep... I don't know what Black Belt Mojo you use mate, but you certainly know what the HELL you are doing! Thanks for a mind blowingly great pressing Bro! 👍👍👍👍!!! (I'm going to repeat this post in the general part of the thread so everyone can hear what an F'n GREAT sounding pressing this is 😁)

How did the new Pearl Jam mastering(?)/pressing go so wrong? I’ve got a blue translucent TheSmile ‘Wall of Eyes’ and it sounds bad-GZ. The Smile refunded me. Got a clear Neko Case Blacklisted (GZ) and it’s by far my worst sounding record. No refunds on that. Radiohead needs to do some great pressings of their catalog. Great versions exist on some of their records but they are far, few and pricey. I’ve got a Kirmuss Cleaner an love it- lots of great old records that needed restoring.

Thanks for tuning in! I did not cut the new Pearl Jam but I think the person who did it did a great job based on the longer sides.
