The Waterfall video showe that KR didn’t leave with a glass, and JO had no need to steal a glass. So whose cocktail glass is in evidence? Could it be that it came from the Albert house? Chris Albert said 5/9 in court (at the 59:00 min mark of the L&C stream) that him and Julie went to Fairview sometime after 9oclock. @@mabhulo2263 first up I haven’t made my call. I like to watch all the evidence and pretend to be a juror when I watch trials. Now, the intrigue so far as a non pretend juror - the police investigation is pathetic, rather non existent and smells a bit rotten. A lot of memory loss plus the female fire fighter paramedic did nobody any favours as far as prosecution. The judge has a back story. The unqualified prosecution objections upheld are strange to me. The defense are taking an approach such that they know a big hitting piece of evidence is coming against their client. This really is like watching a novel. Who did Read call first when he didn't return and what was she like during that call? It seems to me that if she called the Alberts first and they said he never came in, then she could be distraught. However, if she was already distraught i would find that suspicious as it is a grown man that she dropped off at a party so there would be no need to be distraught that he wasn't home yet, unless she knew the reason he wasn't home is because she hit him and drove off.

Houston there’s a problem. Also the last witness a Lt from Canton police dept said he doesn’t know if he even put evidence tape on the bag with evidence from the scene, or if he knew how to put evidence tape on the bag, the Lt, stated he didn’t know. In the picture the police evidence bag was wide open sitting on the floor of the police department garage wide open. Houston we have a problem.. I am not nor have I ever been a police officer, however I have a degree in criminal justice, evidence collection and storage was one of my classes. That is evidence should have been in a closed container, than put in the bag, the top of the bag folded and evidence tape wrapped around the top of the folder bag, with his initials put on the ends of the tape, there is also an area of the bag that asks the evidence number po bagging the evidence, the date, incident and d where the evidence is from at the crime scene… If and I say IF this lady in some way gets off these charges it because of those involved that did not fulfill their job duties. RIP Officer O’Keefe !

Okay, this is my take on this. Karen was angry and drunk and did hit him with her SUV. Thinking that he wasn't hurt, she left him at the friend's house. When he didn't come home, she realized she really did hurt him and went bizzurt. I say this because why would she immediately start streaming when she calls people.
