I'd love to know what's going on in the minds of Johnnys Family Members ... and how this evidence and poor police work is affecting their thoughts
@johnhenry94567 ай бұрын
Those two drunk thugs from the bar and a few others likely beat the crap out of John at the family house while the dog simultaneously attacked and shredded Johns arm. They beat him unconscious and then dragged his body outside and left him there to die in the snow. Once they realized John was dead and what they had done, they began to cover up their crime and tried to convince Karen she in fact was the killer. Better that Karen go down for John’s accidental death than all the others (including cops) go down for murder. It’s so obvious. Justice for John.

The only part I can’t get past in my head is why would a seasoned police officer (head of fugitive task force) put a body on his own front yard to die? Did he not have the means to distance himself from the crime even a little bit? Did he think a dead body in his own front yard was the smartest way to cover up a murder?

@@dannyDanDanDanTwo These are seasoned cops that also know about DNA evidence that could be found in their personal vehicles. They know about house cameras, and ring cameras, and blink cameras. They know about cell phones and gps. John had a cell phone. Everyone has a smart cell phone. They know their own cars and phones have gps. There is a snow storm. Their options are limited. They also know Karen and others are out looking for John. In their drunk, stupid, stupor, cocky over confident drunk cop state and panic they thought the easiest least complicated thing to do was drag John out of the house and blame Karen.

In GTA, Jen McCabe was directed to, or voted to take Karen home. Jen knew Karen was feeling low, and told her to call her father and tell him how she was feeling - Karen called Dad said I feel like dying. That’s why Dad was concerned enough to call cops but Jen didn’t on her own. Jen was probably suppose to drive Karen out somewhere and knock her on the head or drop her off a bridge. But the cops called her to bring Karen back when Mr. Read called to alert police and asked for protective custody. It’s possible.

01:45:43 the witness (first friend of victim who testified today) said to himself “the car was locked”. It happened while the commonwealth were showing a video probably from the garage of the victim’s house (🤷♀️because Court TV did not stream the video), in which the witness was trying to get the one door of the garage to close as he had found it open on the morning of the 29th. I strongly presume he was talking about the defendant’s car, as they were just talking about it being this entire time in that garage. Does anyone know / have a logically argumented suspicion about why that was an important observation for this witness? Does it prove something? I am not watching KZbin videos / reading articles discussing the case. Too time consuming :). So, if it has already been discussed / answered, please let me know what to watch / read. Btw: for me it has been clear that all witnesses, who had personal relationships with both the victim and the defendant and who testified until now, are convinced that KR is guilty. And they all loved / liked her dearly. This is among other things the reason why I started thinking on the first day of trial, that she is guilty of either second degree murder or, better yet, involuntary manslaughter (?). Nevertheless, the corruption and - going hand in hand with that - the incompetence of the LE involved in this case are all the reasonable doubt such talented defense lawyers need to win.

Or perhaps she woke up thinking he was cheating maybe. He did kiss a girl before this incident

@@Redfoxy_94That is not true so stop spreading misinformation. He hugged the widow of a deceased friend of his according to many witnesses. Lying, jealous KR is the one who started the kissing story.

He was on ground. She saw him when she pulled up. I want to know at what point McCabe is rt there with her. Where did she come fr? Did Karen call her to come? Was she in the house? Karen was prob freezing to death..standing out there that whole time...but not Ms. McCabe..she had on a winter coat. Did anyone offer Karen a coat or blanket? Did anyone go to the house an ask what's goin on? Why is John on their lawn? Did anyone ask the Albert's for a blanket or something for John or Karen? If I had a fellow officer almost dead on my lawn...YOUR DAMN RT ID BE OUT THERE! UNLESS....IM GUILTY OR COVERING FOR SOMEONE ELSE IN THE HOUSE.

@@MuffinstoMangosKaren drove with Jen and the other friend to the house. She was in the back passenger seat. She went with her own car first, hit John's car because she was in such a hurry and panicking. That's when her tail light broke. Then decided to go back to John's house and called her friends to go with her.

Why was John O’Keefe out bar hopping and partying when he had minor children to take care of?? Sorry but that’s irresponsible parenting. Kids come into your life alcohol should be cut out of your life. Nothing good or productive happens in bars…

I agree. These people are like mid 40s with kids and going out to a bar at 11pm? lol. You’re not in your 20s anymore. But this is their local culture right? So jury won’t be surprised.

Am I the only one that realizes Karen Read was driving under most likely heavy alcohol intoxication? Does it really matter if they had a good relationship? She probably was upset over something that happened and put the pedal to the metal!
@josephkain62137 ай бұрын
At this point, just about.
@notsorryyouretriggered7 ай бұрын
So actually think about that for a second. If she was “heavily intoxicated” would she have the ability to intentionally strike John?“put the pedal to the metal” on ice covered roads that have no traction?
@boymom34347 ай бұрын
The problem with that is that they were allll drinking and BPD was present in the group and nobody stopped her from driving. Still believe she was framed though.

Just sit and get your popcorn ready.... This is just the bs part of the trial. Unfortunately they have to drag every witness, that was with the crowd on to the stand. The first 7 days is really a waste of time. It's just telling the story. What's going to matter is the evidence that the state will be presenting shortly... And believe me they have overwhelming evidence, the Karen Read struck O'Keefe with her SUV and killed him!
