The Pus Riddled Beast boss in the War Torn Village is definitely Cleric Beast from Bloodborne, and the Omen of the Eclipse boss is Godfrey from Elden Ring

One day I might own a PC that can actually play Dark Souls so I can experience these fun mods. I swear the Souls games have some of the best mods and modders in the community. Some seriously impressive stuff here. Just going through Dark Souls 2 again because I felt like something different from the Elden Ring experience. Dark Souls 2 is the closest consoles get to modded Dark Souls because it feels so different. Also used the classic Cowboy Cleric build.

@3:19:12 35 Souls for that. Pretty much the issue with some Dark Souls mods. The devs are super try hard "git gud" toxics, where the game should be ridiculously hard for no reason, completely missing the nuance of DS games difficulty. Seeing this with the boss encounters too.

@@NerdHerdForLife fair enough. Point I was saying is that a lot of mods do the same thing. The devs been playing the game non stop so it is easier for them, so the difficulty is often unbalanced. DS games are unforgiving, not hard, a lot of mods do both.
