Hello Meir, I have been reading your book for the last week. I found some technical information and also some "bro science" info as well. As a computer science student I must ask: How come your strategy, (or of any other stock operator strategy for that matter) didn't get automated by an algorithm or program? I do understand there are many emotions and psychology are involved, but , still, a good algorithm can at least do 90% of the "strategy" of an operator. I am very confused about it. thanks, great video

Hi Dan, good point. God is in the small details. I have seen some algos that can make money during a "normal" behavior, but there are so many details and "feelings" that can't be programmed. After seeing and being involved in may software projects, i came to the conclusion that this isn't possible unless you target things like HFT or arbitrages. Trading is half way between art and science. The artistic part is impossible to program.

How are you able to get instant fills on thousands of shares with only 100 shares at Level 1 etc? Wouldn't you be buying up the entire market depth and slipping into higher price than original short?

Hi Alex, I don't trade US stocks. These are European regulated CFDs. CFDs have several advantages: Unlimited liquidity even if there is a 100 share seller - I can by as much as i want with no more than 3 cent slippage (therefore: almost no slippage) no shorting restrictions (including IPOs), no PDT rule, fast execution, 20:1 margin. It was a BIG fight. I failed twice to move up from 400 shares to 600 or more. it probably took me 2 years to succeed in adding over 400 and then it became easier.

Guten Tag! Daily means you look at a "daily" chart in which every day represents one trading day. Normally 6-12 months.

Sir Meir, if given another chance, would you have shorted Tesla at the price at which you did? I feel it was a risky entry and probably a Sell Limit at a higher price (closer to areas where we have had support-resistance flips) may have worked better.

you don't need any course you just need experience...don't buy any course for 500-1000 bucks just use that money to trade..use smaller quantity...record your trade..you must have a reason behind every trade why you are entering...when you will trade on your own...slowly you will understand..that controlling emotions and psychology is more important than technical analysis
